We are delighted to announce a new partnership between Babel and the British Council. Babel will work with the British Council as an exams centre, offering a range of Cambridge Assessment English exams for individual candidates, schools, and businesses across the Utrecht region.
This partnership will combine the strengths and expertise of the British Council and Babel. Neil Fisher, the British Council’s Country Examinations Manager Benelux: “We look forward to working with Babel, as our partnership allows us to maintain our high standards as a Cambridge exam provider, whilst offering candidates as much flexibility and personal assistance as possible.”
Rose Jansen, Managing Director of Babel, adds: “This partnership will allow us to further expand and optimise what we offer to our learners of English. At Babel you could of course already take many types of English courses. Our partnership with the British Council will ensure learners can conclude their courses with Cambridge certification.”
By joining forces, a wide range of products can be offered, starting with intake and level assessment, including many types of courses, and ending with a certificate. This will allow us to support anyone who needs a globally recognized certificate of their English language skills from start to finish.
Taking a Cambridge Assessment English exam leads to an internationally-recognised certificate of your English proficiency level. Cambridge qualifications are recognised worldwide by schools, universities and employers in both the English-speaking world and beyond.
Candidates can register for an exam individually, or via their school, university or employer. At Babel you can follow a general English course to reach your desired level, complete an exam preparation course designed to familiarise you with the test format, and finally, register for an exam date.
